Spathion's mission is to onboard traditional Web2 businesses into the Web3 ecosystem by collecting real-time trade data generated by business users, such as invoices, purchase orders, and e-commerce transactions. We aim to build a decentralized economic data network that facilitates the exchange of this data, supporting integrations with traditional ERP systems, tax databases for e-invoicing mandates, and credit assessment systems used by financial institutions and trade finance companies to expedite working capital procurement. Through this, we harness the power of data to create a more efficient and interconnected digital economy. Key Aspects of Our Mission: 1. Transforming business data exchange and compliance Among the 550 billion invoices exchanged annually worldwide, only 20% are transferred over structured electronic mediums accessible by external stakeholders; the remaining 80% remain offline in data silos. Businesses primarily use email for trade-related data exchange and rely on manual or semi-automated methods for e-invoicing compliance, such as uploading invoice data to tax databases. A Web3-based Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system with Web2 integration can effectively address these issues, providing a structured alternative to email for seamless trade data exchange between businesses, regulators, and financial stakeholders. 2. Enabling Data Driven lending The advent of digital, paperless trade and the availability of trade data are transforming traditional collateral-based lending into data-driven lending. Financial institutions, including trade finance companies, banks, and other lenders, now use trade data to assess the creditworthiness of businesses when processing loan requests. An economic data network with verified information fosters the development of data-driven lending by enabling financial stakeholders to build integrations and automate data verification processes, eliminating the need for manual, time-consuming methods.. 3. Building a Web2 Data Oracle The existing DeFi ecosystem remains largely isolated from Web2 businesses due to the lack of real-time data integration. Spathion addresses this gap by acting as a data oracle, providing real-time economic data from Web2 businesses to DeFi companies. This integration enables the creation of enterprise dApps, expanding the DeFi ecosystem to include Web2 businesses and fostering seamless interoperability between traditional and decentralized financial systems. Through Spathion, DeFi platforms gain access to reliable, up-to-date economic data, facilitating informed decision-making and innovative financial solutions. 4. Enhancing Tax Compliance and Revenue Collection Governments and tax authorities are increasingly seeking solutions to enhance tax compliance and revenue collection. Spathion's network is the ideal solution, offering robust tools for automating indirect tax administration and providing regulators with accurate, timely data to prevent tax evasion and streamline tax reporting processes. By utilizing this system, businesses can eliminate the cumbersome process of tax filing as the system automates the tax determination process, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and significantly improving tax collection efficiency. 5. B2C invoice data colection Spathion incentivizes end customers to upload B2C invoice data by rewarding them with tokens through a Telegram mini-app. This valuable data set helps identify purchasing behaviors and consumption patterns across the population. Additionally, B2C invoice data is a critical component missing in the current indirect tax administration system. By integrating this data, governments can build a more resilient and efficient tax administration system, leveraging real-time insights for better compliance and revenue collection. 6. Real Time Data Sets for AI companies
AI models used in economic forecasting, financial analysis, and automated decision-making require vast amounts of accurate, timely data to function effectively.
